Gentle and compassionate, committed and kind, Dr. Wendy Beratan will put you at
ease from the moment you meet her! Born and raised in Philadephia, Dr. Beratan
is a 1987 graduate of George Washington High School and a 1991 graduate of
Muhlenberg College. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of
Dental Medicine in 1995 and from the
 General Practice Residency Program of the Medical College of Pennsylvania and Hahnemann University in 1996. She has been
with our practice ever since! In her free time, Dr. Beratan loves to read. Her
favorite author is Mary Higgins Clark. She also enjoys movies and Broadway
shows, and she is an avid ice hockey fan who attends Flyers games throughout the
season. Dr. Wendy believes in participating in her community. She has been a
long-standing volunteer at the Bustleton Bengals Basketball Classic, a
basketball tournament for children. Finally, Dr. Wendy is a skilled cook who
watches the TV Food Network for ideas. She loves food, especially chocolate! Her
philosophy on life is to cherish family and friends, to care for those around
her selflessly and with appreciation for their uniqueness, to maintain balance,
and to take conscious pleasure in the little things and simple moments.
Dr. Beratan will make you feel special, because, of course, you are!
Both Dr. Beratan and her colleague Dr. Trovato give you their attention fully
when you are in their chairs. They listen to your concerns, your hopes, your
expectations, and they explain the options available to achieve the dental
